What is OTC.MarketPlace?

OTC.MarketPlace is a dedicated OTC exchange, through which companies and individuals can buy or sell products and services and promote their licensing and recruitment opportunities.

 

How do I place an advert on OTC.MarketPlace?

 

You can apply to place an advertisement following registration via the OTC.MarketPlace website. During the registration process, you will be asked for necessary contact and company information and will also be required to choose a password which, along with your email address, will be used for future logins to the site. Once logged into the site, you will be able to submit advertisements to Nicholas Hall & Company via the Submit Advertisement form. The form will allow you to choose the type or category of the advertisement, enter a brief description and the duration for which you wish to advertise. You will then upload the document(s) containing the advertisement and these details will be sent to Nicholas Hall staff for processing.

 

How do I pay for advertising?

 

When Nicholas Hall staff receive your advertisement, we will calculate a price and send you a Request for Payment email. This will contain a unique hyperlink directing you to a payment page where you can pay by credit or debit card via secure trading. Alternatively, you can request to pay by invoice.

 

What do the various section of OTC.MarketPlace cover?

 

OTC.MarketPlace includes five key sections:

 

Opportunities – open to all companies and individuals wishing to buy or sell consumer healthcare products or businesses

People – a space to promote your recruitment opportunities, or to advertise your skills and experience to a prospective employer

Marketing – all marketing services can be advertised here, from branding and PR/advertising services to packaging design, data provision and media intelligence

Services– this section is intended for technical services relating to the healthcare industry, such a clinical trials, regulatory affairs, drug development/delivery and contract manufacturing

Network Partners ­– this section is allocated specifically to Nicholas Hall’s global team of Network Partners, which is a collaboration of independent consultants and marketing services agencies around the world

 

Can anyone advertise on OTC.Marketplace?

 

Any company or person can register to advertise on OTC.MarketPlace. However, Nicholas Hall and Company reserves the right to refuse advertising material from any party.

 

For how long can I advertise?

 

You can request as many weeks as desired on the Submit Advertisement form, and a price will be calculated accordingly. We encourage advertisers to send us new or updated ads during that period if possible – there will be no charge for such amendments during the advertising period purchased.

 

Nicholas Hall & Company reserves the right to remove advertisements from the website at any time for legal or ethical reasons and will make an appropriate credit.

 

What is Nicholas Hall & Company’s role in OTC.MarketPlace?

 

Nicholas Hall & Company offers OTC.MarketPlace purely as a service for information exchange and will not act as an intermediary in any part of correspondence resulting from advertisements placed on www.OTC.MarketPlace.NicholasHall.com, except for supplying box numbers to advertisers on request and forwarding emails and letters.

 

All advertisers must supply contact details for interested parties to reply to advertisements. This may include email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses or box numbers.
